"Le Premier is truly the number one fine dining restaurant in Constanța! I had an amazing evening here with family and friends. We enjoyed delicious sushi paired with a glass of wine, and everything was absolutely perfect. The menu offers a fantastic variety — from fresh seafood to juicy steaks — all prepared and presented at the highest level. The service is five stars, with staff that are professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere and ambiance make the whole experience even more special — elegant, relaxing, and perfect for both intimate dinners and gatherings with friends. Highly recommend Le Premier if you’re looking for the best dining experience in town!"

"I only visited the restaurant. It's probably the classiest place to eat seafood and japanese cuisine. Of course there is also european food, steak, pizza etc. I feasted on tempura and seafood and was impressed. The location is unique: up on a small hill overviewing the beach and the sea. The service is very good. Definitely a place to visit in Constanta."

We came here for our 8th anniversary and it was.. beyond everything. Absolutely impressed with the staff, the care, the flavors and the view.
